Growing Fruit Trees in Buellton and Surrounding Areas
What:
The UC Master Gardeners of Santa Barbara County in cooperation with Buellton Community Garden invite you to join us for a free, in- person public presentation. UC Master Gardener Steven Craig will share a research-based program, “Growing Fruit Trees in Buellton and Surrounding Areas." Steven will describe the unique Buellton microclimate and provide information on selecting fruit trees, how to plant them, care for them, and maintain the trees for the most success. While Steve will focus on Buellton, much of the information can be applied to the Northern Santa Barbara County area. With this in mind, think about what types of fruit trees you would like to see planted at the Buellton Community Garden!
